6-4 weeks prior to your wedding we have a meeting at your venue to run through all final details and to run through any questions.

I shall liaise with your suppliers on the day of your wedding, I shall be on-site to ensure suppliers are setting up according to your requirements and be on hand for any last-minute questions so you can both fully enjoy your day knowing I have everything in hand.

This service includes but is not restricted to the below -

• Oversee supplier set-up and manage accordingly 

• Greet guests

• Be the point of contact for the duration 

• Ensure you are both on time for your ceremony and be there for you as required

• Keep to schedule

• Manage and discreetly resolve any issues that may arise

• On-site coordination for up to 10 hours 

• Ensure the day runs as smoothly as possible
